TRIP SIX: We drovea 24-foot Penske truck full of food to the staging area again in Waveland Mississippi.  The people were extremely glad to see us as they had had only small amounts of food delivered at that point and not near enough to supply the needy people there. We spent a couple of hours getting the truck unloaded and then food set up for distribution the next day. We went to the Waveland Animal Shelter on Sunday and were able to bring back 9 animals - 5 lab mix puppies, a pointer mix puppy and 3 cats.  Apparently, a couple of groups had been there and taken other animals already.  Their were water marks more than 5 feet up the walls where the surge had come in.
